Tami Sue Foster, BSN, RN is an experienced and dedicated nursing professional with a strong background in critical care, leadership, and emergency outcomes management. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Walden University, where she strengthened her clinical expertise and deepened her commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

Tami’s career spans diverse and high-pressure healthcare environments. Most recently, she served as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse at McLaren Lapeer Region, providing comprehensive care to complex ICU patients. Before that, she excelled as a Clinical Lead at Pioneer Specialty Hospital, where she guided clinical teams, ensured high standards of patient care, and fostered a collaborative environment. Her foundational experience includes more than four years at Saint Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital in ER Outcomes Management, where she contributed to improving emergency department efficiencies and patient outcomes. Tami also proudly served her country as a Soldier in the U.S. Army, strengthening her resilience, discipline, and leadership skills.
