Susan Shay, CNA

Susan Shay is a dedicated Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) and Certified Medication Aide (CMA) who has been serving patients since 2022. With hands-on experience in nursing facilities and as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), she provides compassionate daily living support and safe medication administration to individuals in need of attentive, dependable care. Her work reflects a strong commitment to patient dignity, comfort, and overall wellbeing.

Before transitioning into healthcare, Susan served her community as a police officer for approximately two years and also worked in the security field. Her time in law enforcement and security strengthened her sense of responsibility, vigilance, and advocacy for others. During her security career, she was recognized as Employee of the Month, highlighting her professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Throughout every stage of her professional journey, Susan has demonstrated a consistent calling to serve and protect others. Though currently between positions, she remains committed to continuing her work in healthcare, where she can make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families through compassionate care and dedicated service.
