Steven Hamburg, DC

Dr. Steven Hamburg is a highly experienced chiropractic physician at Affiliated Healthcare Centers, Inc. in Pembroke Pines, Florida. He began his career in South Florida, quickly developing a specialization in sports injuries while working with renowned chiropractor Dr. Jack Kahn. His early work included treating swimmers at the Hall of Fame pool in Fort Lauderdale and volleyball athletes from the AVP during tournaments throughout South Florida. In 1990, Dr. Hamburg furthered his expertise by earning his Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician certification, gaining recognition as a trusted sports chiropractor in the region.

Throughout his career, Dr. Hamburg has practiced across multiple states, including Florida, Illinois, and Kansas, where he expanded his skills in multi-disciplined care and even served as the attending chiropractor for a Women’s Roller Derby League in Riverside, Missouri. He is a graduate of Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois, in 1984. Dr. Hamburg has also completed specialized training in spinal decompression at Parker University, enabling him to provide non-surgical solutions for herniated and bulging discs, spinal stenosis, and post-surgical back complications.

Returning to Florida in 2011 to be closer to family, Dr. Hamburg joined Moyal Wellness Center in Miami Beach, where he focused on sports injury prevention and general wellness for athletes and the community. In April 2020, he began practicing with Affiliated Healthcare Centers, Inc., where he continues to provide comprehensive chiropractic care. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Hamburg is committed to community service, offering free physical exams to students at Miami Beach High School to promote safe sports participation.
