Steven Attridge
Steven A. (He/Him) is a dedicated Chemical Health Counselor and emerging clinical leader in the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul area, currently serving at Monarch Healthcare. With a strong foundation in substance use counseling, he has built his career around evidence-based interventions, group facilitation, and person-centered care. Steven’s ability to establish meaningful therapeutic rapport quickly has been vital in helping clients navigate recovery with dignity and support. His mission is to blend his knowledge of pharmacology, counseling, and lived experience to empower individuals on their path to wellness.
Throughout his career, Steven has held roles across intensive outpatient programs, residential services, and multidisciplinary treatment teams. His experience includes program development, treatment coordination, relapse-prevention planning, and clinical supervision. He has also demonstrated leadership in building new service lines—most notably developing an IOP program from the ground up during his time at Reva Health. Steven is known for his resilience, advocacy, and commitment to integrity within the behavioral health field, consistently striving to improve care delivery and uphold high ethical standards.
In addition to his clinical work, Steven brings over 30 years of experience in web development through his long-standing business, Attridge Innovations. A graduate of Metropolitan State University with a B.S. in Alcohol and Drug Counseling, he also holds academic credentials in physics and computer science, reflecting his diverse skill set and adaptability. With a growing interest in leadership roles—including Clinical Supervisor, Program Director, and Program Development leadership—Steven remains committed to advancing both his career and the field of chemical health through innovation, mentorship, and compassionate service.
