Stephanie Steed, RN, BSN

Stephanie Steed is a compassionate and accomplished registered nurse with nearly 14 years of diverse clinical experience across hospice care, critical care, trauma ICU, PACU, surgery, and emergency medicine. She earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and began her healthcare journey as a monitor technician and patient care technician before advancing into her RN role. Today, she serves as a Case Management Nurse with Gentiva Hospice, where she collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized, end-of-life care that prioritizes dignity, comfort, and support for both patients and their families.

In addition to her hospice work, Stephanie holds a leadership role as Director of Nursing for Nightingale Palliative Care, a nonprofit organization where she oversees 50 to 60 caregivers. In this capacity, she ensures families receive compassionate and accessible care tailored to their individual needs and circumstances. Her approach to leadership is grounded in empathy, patient advocacy, and a deep commitment to service. Known for treating every patient like family, Stephanie focuses not only on clinical excellence, but also on emotional support, education, and empowering caregivers during some of life’s most challenging moments.

Stephanie’s passion for helping others is deeply influenced by her grandmother, Marjorie Jones, whose values of kindness, humility, and service continue to guide her work. Beyond healthcare, she brings a unique creative background in musical theater and acting, having trained in New York—skills she now uses to build trust, communicate effectively, and navigate complex interpersonal situations in her profession. Driven by faith, resilience, and a genuine love for people, Stephanie remains committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
