Stephanie Chalas, LPN, is a dedicated nursing professional with nearly a decade of experience providing compassionate, high-quality care to diverse patient populations. Based in New London, Connecticut, she has built a strong clinical foundation across homecare, group home, primary care, and skilled nursing environments. Before earning her nursing license in 2016, Stephanie spent five years as a Certified Nursing Assistant, an experience that shaped her commitment to patient dignity, empathy, and hands-on excellence.

Over the past two years, Stephanie has specialized in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), where she plays a key role in supporting resident wellness, coordinating care, and fostering strong communication among interdisciplinary teams. She has held LPN roles with organizations including Pendleton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, CenterWell Home Health, Continuum of Care, and Community Health Center, consistently recognized for her reliability, clinical skill, and patient-centered approach.
