Sierra Elliot, M.Ed.

Sierra Elliott is a dedicated case manager currently serving at Necco Foster Care & Counseling in Logan, West Virginia. With a strong background in mental health and substance abuse counseling, Elliott has built her career on empathy, problem-solving, and client-centered care. She previously worked as a school social worker at PATH Integrated Healthcare LLC, providing support and guidance to students, and as a crisis coordinator at Integrated Telehealth Partners, where she managed high-pressure situations and facilitated telehealth services.

Elliott’s experience also includes roles at Lotus Recovery Centers as a substance abuse counselor and at Prestera Center for Mental Health Services as a service coordinator and behavior support professional. In these positions, she conducted functional behavior assessments, developed individualized training and intervention plans, coordinated IDT meetings, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards, demonstrating her expertise in behavioral health, treatment planning, and positive behavior support.

She holds a Master’s in Education with a focus on Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College, where she was active in Chi Sigma Iota. Known for her adaptability, strong communication skills, and commitment to client outcomes, Elliott continues to seek opportunities for professional growth and is open to relocation to further advance her career in behavioral health and crisis management.
