Shawna Gill is a dedicated healthcare leader with extensive experience in nursing administration and healthcare operations. She currently serves as Surgical Center Administrator and Director of Nursing at United Surgical Partners International in San Diego, California, where she oversees surgical center operations, staffing, financial performance, and patient care standards.
