Sharae Inman, PA-C, is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant specializing in pain management, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions. She currently practices in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where she focuses on treating patients with chronic and acute pain, autoimmune conditions, fibromyalgia, and addiction-related pain issues. Known for her compassionate yet straightforward approach, Sharae emphasizes holistic, patient-centered care that integrates conventional medicine, functional therapies, diet, and exercise to address the root causes of health challenges.

Sharae began her medical career as a Radiologic Technologist in 2009, gaining extensive experience in spinal, orthopedic, and breast imaging/oncology settings. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Studies and Rehabilitation from the University of North Texas and completed her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Southern California Health Sciences. Her early experiences in pain management inspired her to pursue a career as a PA, where she has since successfully helped patients reduce opioid dependence, manage chronic pain, and regain functional independence.

Beyond her clinical work, Sharae is deeply engaged in her community, volunteering for special needs programs and addiction services and participating as a member of the Elks organization. Her dedication to patient advocacy is enhanced by her own experiences as a pain survivor, which have strengthened her empathy and insight into the challenges patients face. Sharae combines clinical expertise, personal experience, and a holistic philosophy to provide care that supports both the mind and body, helping patients achieve lasting wellness.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?

I enjoy helping patients manage their pain while improving their overall health and function. Being able to treat patients conservatively, incorporate natural and functional medicine, and help them regain their strength and independence is extremely rewarding. I also value guiding patients with addiction issues safely through treatment, ensuring their well-being beyond just pain management.
