Shannon Beaumier, BSM, CLR(G)
Shannon Beaumier, BSM, CLR(G), is a high-performing Physician Sales Advisor with more than two decades of experience spanning clinical healthcare and medical sales. She currently represents Blackstone Medical Services, specializing in home sleep testing solutions across a large South Carolina territory that extends from the North Carolina border to the Georgia border. In just over two years in her first sales role, Shannon has achieved remarkable growth, expanding her territory by more than 300% while breaking multiple company performance records. Her success is rooted in a consultative, relationship-driven approach and a genuine commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Shannon’s career began in radiology, where she worked as a radiologic technologist before advancing into healthcare management, including overseeing facility operations. This clinical and operational foundation gives her a distinct advantage in medical sales, allowing her to engage confidently with physicians, staff, and patients. She is known for her ability to educate providers on sleep medicine, sleep apnea, and associated comorbidities, while maintaining a respectful and collaborative presence in clinical environments. Through face-to-face interactions, including lunch-and-learn sessions and educational outreach, she builds lasting partnerships by focusing on delivering value rather than simply selling a product.
A graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Shannon earned her degree with honors and a 3.93 GPA. She has been recognized for her performance, including receiving an award for onboarding the highest number of physicians in a single month. Driven by a passion for service and leadership, Shannon approaches her work with the mindset that she is providing meaningful healthcare solutions rather than conducting transactions. As she continues to grow professionally, she is focused on advancing into leadership roles where she can mentor teams and replicate her collaborative, results-oriented approach on a broader scale.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
I love being able to help people and talk to people in a way that doesn't feel like selling it feels natural because I'm actually providing a good service. What I enjoy most is building relationships with a lot more people than just in one office. My clinical background allows me to be comfortable working with physicians, which I've done for so long, and I get to teach patients in their homes, as well as educate staff and providers during lunch and learns. I'm passionate about making sure patients are given all their options and are treated well, which is what motivated me to be part of improving healthcare. The combination of helping people, using my expertise, and forming meaningful connections across my large territory is what makes this work so fulfilling for me.
