Ruthie Sheets, MA, LCPC, NCC is a nationally certified and licensed professional counselor, as well as the owner and founder of Big Picture Counseling & Consulting LLC. With over five years of experience, Ruthie is dedicated to guiding individuals, couples, families, and groups on their journey toward emotional wellness, personal growth, and resilience. She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Marshall University and is an active member of the American Counseling Association. Ruthie’s expertise spans life coaching, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, and neurodivergent concerns, including ADHD, OCD, and other developmental differences.
