Roslyn Marshall, RN, MHSA, BSN, NEA-BC is the Executive Director of Adult Inpatient Nursing at Wellstar MCG Health, a leading healthcare system in Georgia. With over 40 years of experience in nursing, healthcare management, and education, she has built a distinguished career focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Roslyn holds a Master’s degree in Health Sciences Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and the Nurse Executive Advanced (NEA-BC) certification, reflecting her commitment to clinical excellence and leadership development.

Throughout her career, Roslyn has demonstrated a deep dedication to advancing nursing practice and improving healthcare outcomes. She has served in numerous leadership roles, including as a manager at Georgia Health Sciences University for over four decades and as a faculty member at the Institute for Patient- and Family-Centered Care, where she teaches and promotes best practices in patient- and family-centered care. Her expertise encompasses nursing leadership, staff development, quality improvement, patient safety, and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams.
