Rosa Hall, MHSA

Rosa Hall is an accomplished healthcare professional with over 18 years of experience in community health care services, management, and patient relations. She currently serves as Patient Access Supervisor for Clinics at LCMC Health UMC, where she oversees clinical operations, leads multidisciplinary teams, and ensures that patient access and experience remain at the highest standard of care.

Rosa is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Healthcare Administration at Walden University, furthering her expertise in healthcare systems leadership, organizational management, and policy development. She previously earned her Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA) from Mississippi College and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Jackson State University—an academic foundation that reflects her dedication to both the science and strategy of healthcare.

Throughout her career, Rosa has held progressive leadership roles across several respected healthcare organizations, including Ochsner Health, Singing River Health System, and Memorial Hospital at Gulfport. Her work has focused on patient advocacy, quality assurance, staff development, and healthcare administration, combining strategic insight with compassion and professionalism.

Rosa has been recognized for her ability to mentor staff, coordinate complex programs, and resolve patient concerns with empathy and precision. She has designed and implemented training initiatives, strengthened community partnerships, and promoted equitable access to care across diverse patient populations.

Beyond her professional work, Rosa is committed to empowering others through community engagement. She serves as a Mentor for Young Ladies with the MS Faith-Based Coalition and as a Summer Enhancement Coordinator for the MS Gulf Coast Community Action Agency, guiding youth and families toward personal and professional growth.
