Ronnie Bordador, MSN AGACNP-BC, APRN-CNP, CCRN

Ronnie Bordador, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC, CCRN, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience and seven years as an advanced practice provider. He is recognized for his clinical expertise, leadership, and compassionate care for medically complex and geriatric populations. Throughout his career, Ronnie has demonstrated a commitment to evidence-based practice, continuity of care, and improving patient outcomes across acute, critical, and community-based care settings. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in the Philippines and completed a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Adult-Gerontology Acute Care at Grand Canyon University in the United States. Over more than a decade in critical care, Ronnie managed high-acuity patients in intensive care units and long-term acute care settings, developing advanced clinical skills in complex patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and evidence-based treatment planning. This extensive experience enabled him to transition seamlessly into advanced practice nursing, bringing both clinical insight and leadership to improve care coordination, optimize patient outcomes, and mentor emerging nurse practitioners. Currently, Ronnie serves geriatric patients in assisted living facilities and group homes in the communities through Mosaic Health, CareMore Division. In this role, he provides consistent, hands-on medical management, conducting regular visits to treat and monitor chronic and acute conditions, address emerging health concerns, and ensure timely, patient-centered interventions. Actively involved in professional organizations, including the American Nurses Association (ANA) and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN). Ronnie is committed to lifelong learning and aspires to pursue a doctoral degree to teach, mentor, and inspire future generations of nurses. Outside of medicine, he values family time and enjoys music.
