Ronnah Alexander, RPh, MBA, Apexus ACE, is a nationally recognized pharmacy leader and Chief Pharmacy Officer at Health First Community Health Center, bringing more than three decades of experience in healthcare pharmacy operations, medication management, and 340B program oversight. Based in Kentucky, she is widely respected for her authority in compliance, stewardship, and audit readiness within complex community health and federally qualified health center environments. Her work is grounded in advancing patient access while ensuring disciplined, defensible program management.

Throughout her career, Ronnah has successfully guided organizations through regulatory change, expanding clinical services, manufacturer pressure, and increasing audit scrutiny. At Health First Community Health Center, she has led evidence-based medication management initiatives, diabetes counseling programs, and comprehensive 340B stewardship efforts directly tied to patient outcomes and access to care. Her background spans community pharmacies, hospital systems, outpatient services, and executive leadership, giving her a practical, real-world understanding of where programs are resilient and where risk can quietly accumulate.

In addition to her executive role, Ronnah serves as President of the Kentucky Pharmacists Association and sits on its Executive Board, helping shape the future of pharmacy practice at the state and regional level. She also provides independent audit and advisory services through Alexander Auditing Consultants, supporting healthcare leaders in strengthening oversight, assessing program maturity, and translating findings into clear, actionable strategies.
