Rolando Martinez, LCSW, LADC

Rolando Martinez, LCSW, LADC, is a seasoned clinical social worker and psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Licensed in both Connecticut and Florida, he has dedicated his career to providing comprehensive mental health care, specializing in co-occurring disorders, substance use treatment, and ADHD clinical services. Rolando’s clinical expertise spans hospitals, outpatient primary care, psychiatric and behavioral health clinics, where he has served as a practitioner, supervisor, and director, ensuring high-quality care for youth, adults, and families navigating complex mental health challenges.

Throughout his career, Rolando has been recognized for his holistic, evidence-based approach to care. He integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other evidence-informed practices to support clients through crisis, transitions, and daily life stressors. His focus on biopsychosocial assessment, individualized treatment planning, and family-centered care reflects his commitment to fostering resilience, self-compassion, and functional independence among his clients.

In addition to his clinical practice, Rolando has developed leadership and program management expertise, serving as Clinical Director of substance abuse programs, OP psychiatric services manager, and Executive Director of a community health agency. Currently, he provides telehealth mental health services through Alma and Talkspace, while maintaining part-time clinical practice at Pathways Center for Learning and Behavioral Health LLC. Rolando is passionate about advancing mental health access, supporting neurodiverse populations, and empowering clients and communities through compassionate, informed, and effective care.
