Robin Haines, CNA

Robin Haines is a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant who has been working in healthcare since she was 18 years old, earning her CNA certification in 1998 in Pennsylvania through a nursing home training program. Over the years, she has built a diverse and well-rounded career, providing care in hospitals, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, home care settings, and with veterans at Soldiers and Sailors. Her broad experience has given her the ability to adapt to different patient populations and clinical environments, always delivering attentive, hands-on support with professionalism and heart.

Compassion is the foundation of Robin’s work. She describes herself as dedicated and deeply committed to loving what she does—caring for people. Her personal experiences have profoundly shaped her approach to caregiving. For five years, she was the primary caregiver for her older brother, who was on dialysis, living with diabetes, and became a double amputee over a two-year period before his passing in 2022. Robin managed every aspect of his care, from transporting him back and forth to the hospital for treatments to performing lifts and daily hands-on assistance within the home. That chapter of her life strengthened her resilience, deepened her empathy, and reinforced her belief in providing dignified, compassionate care to every individual she serves.

Robin currently holds active CNA, CPR, and BLS certifications and is affiliated with SEIU and U.S. Associates. She is transitioning into roles within both a long-term care facility and a rehabilitation center, continuing her commitment to supporting patients through recovery and daily living needs. With decades of hands-on experience and a genuine love for helping others, Robin remains steadfast in her mission to provide reliable, heartfelt care to those who depend on her most.
