Roberta Kelly, MA, LMFT, LADC

Dr. Roberta “Bobbi” Kelley, LMFT, LADC, is a compassionate therapist based in Plymouth, Minnesota, practicing at LifeStance Health. She earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University, after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Northwestern Saint Paul. Before her career in mental health, she worked in real estate and bridal sales, roles that helped her develop strong empathy and communication skills — qualities that now inform her therapeutic work.

Bobbi works with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, personality disorders, and addiction. She brings an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring her methods to each person’s unique circumstances. Drawing on techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method for couples, Narrative Therapy, and Experiential Therapy, she creates a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their challenges and build resilience.

A dual-licensed professional — both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) — Bobbi is especially skilled at helping clients navigate complex life transitions, addiction, and relational dynamics. Her warm, genuine presence makes clients feel heard, empowered, and supported as they work toward healing and meaningful change. She is committed to guiding people through their journeys with empathy, insight, and hope.
