What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I enjoy most about my work is helping people get out of pain. I get people in a lot of unmanageable pain who haven't been able to get rid of headaches, neck aches, and problems like that, and I get them better. I didn't say well, I said better. Most dentists in school are not taught how to do TMJ or handle pain patients, and I can do that in a heartbeat, and I enjoy doing it. I don't even want to quit, but the handwriting's on the wall that I can't go another 15 years.
