Rhondell employs a flexible, integrative approach combining Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). He adapts his style to meet each client’s needs while maintaining his fundamental commitment to the human relationship as the core of change. His goal is to empower clients to understand themselves more fully, take meaningful action toward their goals, and experience authentic growth and healing.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I find most fulfilling about practicing therapy is the privilege of witnessing transformation—those quiet, powerful moments when a client begins to trust themselves, set boundaries, or reclaim a sense of agency. I’m continually inspired by the courage it takes to show up, to be vulnerable, and to do the work of healing. Therapy is not just about solving problems; it’s about creating a space where people feel deeply seen, heard, and valued. I love helping clients connect the dots between their past and present, and supporting them as they build lives that reflect their values, strengths, and hopes. It’s an honor to walk alongside people as they rediscover their resilience and rewrite their stories.
