Regina Evans, MSN, FNP-C

Regina Evans, MSN, FNP-C, is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner based in Las Vegas, Nevada, with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare. She currently provides comprehensive primary care services at Dalah Health and Wellness, where she is known for her compassionate approach and commitment to improving both the quality of life and long-term health outcomes of her patients. Regina believes in building meaningful, lasting relationships and delivering individualized care that addresses the whole person.

In addition to her clinical practice, Regina serves as Chief Medical Officer and Board Member for Pure 412 Ventures. In this leadership role, she provides medical oversight, contributes to product development, and helps guide clinical strategy to ensure innovation aligns with safe, evidence-based care. Her ability to blend clinical expertise with executive leadership reflects her dedication to advancing healthcare beyond the exam room.

Regina specializes in family practice and hormone health and is actively integrating functional medicine into her services. Regina earned her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Wheeling University, graduating with a 3.9 GPA, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Waynesburg University. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for excellence in service, including receiving the Above and Beyond Award and the ACES Award at UPMC in 2009.
