Rebecca Bennett, MBA, BSN, RN, is a highly experienced registered nurse and case manager based in Portland, Oregon, with nearly three decades of diverse clinical and leadership experience. Currently serving with Vibra Healthcare, she specializes in managing complex, high-acuity patients, coordinating care for individuals with conditions such as traumatic brain injuries, strokes, ventilator dependence, and extensive wounds. Known for her strong clinical judgment and compassionate approach, Rebecca is dedicated to ensuring patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care that improves outcomes and quality of life.
Rebecca’s nursing career began in high-risk labor and delivery, where she spent a decade caring for critically ill mothers and managing complex obstetric cases, including preterm labor and fetal loss. She later expanded her expertise into wound care and healthcare leadership, serving as both a Clinical Program Director and Clinical Nurse Manager in an advanced wound care and hyperbaric treatment setting. Her leadership experience also includes roles as Director of Health Services and Health and Wellness Director, where she oversaw care for adult and geriatric populations in assisted living environments. Throughout her career, she has consistently been recognized for her ability to lead teams, manage operations, and communicate effectively across multidisciplinary settings.
In addition to her extensive clinical background, Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Colorado Technical University, graduating with a 3.98 GPA. Her combination of hands-on patient care experience and advanced business training positions her well for continued growth in healthcare leadership and administration.
