Rashidah Afolarin is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with extensive experience in acute care, primary care, and mental health services. She is a dedicated healthcare leader and clinic owner based in Williamstown, New Jersey, where she provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult and geriatric populations. Her clinical focus includes chronic disease management, preventive medicine, cancer screening, and psychiatric care, with an emphasis on improving long-term health outcomes and access to quality healthcare.

With over 16 years of nursing experience and more than a decade in advanced practice, Rashidah has built a strong foundation in both hospital and outpatient settings. Her early career was rooted in emergency medicine, where she developed critical decision-making skills and a deep appreciation for fast-paced, high-acuity care environments. She later transitioned into hospital medicine and value-based care, working across systems where she managed complex patient populations, coordinated interdisciplinary teams, and delivered high-quality inpatient and outpatient care.
