She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso, where she distinguished herself academically and was recognized on the Dean’s List for both her undergraduate studies. Throughout her career, Penny has developed expertise in wound care, data management, patient communication, and other essential aspects of healthcare, demonstrating a strong commitment to both professional development and quality patient outcomes.
