Orronda Smith is a Certified Peer Support Specialist, author, and empowerment coach based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is the founder of Empowerment with Orronda, LLC, where she works directly with individuals to provide guidance, support, and encouragement throughout their mental health and substance recovery journeys. With a focus on fostering connection, resilience, and hope, Orronda helps clients develop coping mechanisms, access critical resources, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and purpose.

Orronda has over a decade of experience in empowerment coaching, providing life coaching, public speaking, training, and consulting services. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals with mental health challenges, substance use recovery, and amputee support, combining professional expertise with lived experience to inspire transformation and growth.
