Olivia Ivy, LSWA
Olivia Ivy is a compassionate licensed therapist at Sequim Counseling, where she provides mental health support to individuals navigating life’s challenges. She works with clients facing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and emotional overwhelm, offering a safe and supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered on their journey toward healing and personal growth.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from St. Martin’s University and a Master of Social Work from Seattle University. Her academic training, combined with her clinical experience, equips her with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and the skills to help clients build resilience, self-awareness, and effective coping strategies for managing life transitions and emotional difficulties.
Olivia is dedicated to creating a non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, strengthen their internal resources, and work toward meaningful change. She believes in the inherent capacity of people to heal and grow and supports her clients in discovering balance, insight, and a greater sense of well-being as they move forward in their lives.
