Oliver Santos, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC
Oliver Santos, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC, is a compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioner with a strong clinical foundation and a decade of experience in high-acuity nursing. His career began in an inpatient adolescent psychiatric unit, where six years of hands-on experience ignited a deep commitment to mental health. Oliver earned his Associate of Science in Nursing from Keiser University in 2014 and went on to build a distinguished career in a cardiothoracic stepdown unit, serving as Charge Nurse for nine years and Unit Manager for one. His leadership in fast-paced environments strengthened his skills in assessment, critical thinking, and collaborative patient care.
Dedicated to advancing his education and returning to psychiatric practice, Oliver completed his Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Chamberlain University in 2025. He is ANCC board-certified and currently in the process of obtaining his Florida licensure. Oliver is known for his culturally sensitive, patient-centered approach, integrating evidence-based strategies to support recovery, build resilience, and improve outcomes for individuals facing complex mental health challenges.
Oliver is highly skilled in interdisciplinary coordination, leadership, time management, and patient advocacy. Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, he brings an inclusive perspective to care that honors diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. Passionate about continued growth, he is currently pursuing his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with an anticipated completion in 2027. Oliver’s goal is to elevate psychiatric care through informed clinical practice, empathy, and a steadfast dedication to the communities he serves.
