Odetta Moore, LPC-S
Odetta Maria Moore is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and the Clinical Director at Pinnacle Care of Oklahoma in Tulsa, where she leads a multidisciplinary team serving individuals across all populations. In her role, she oversees clinical operations, provides direct counseling services, and ensures that every client receives compassionate, respectful, and dignified care. She works extensively with individuals experiencing substance use, alcohol dependency, mental health challenges, and co-occurring disorders—while also providing specialized mental health services to children. Odetta is deeply committed to advocating for clients who cannot advocate for themselves, ensuring they receive the services, support, and resources needed to achieve meaningful progress.
In addition to her leadership role, Odetta is the owner of Mind & Heart Therapy, LLC, where she brings over 14 years of experience in supporting children, adults, and families. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in individualized, client-centered care, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as trauma-focused CBT, solution-focused therapy, ACT, family systems, and Christian counseling. Whether working with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, grief, behavioral issues, or life transitions, she tailors treatment plans that help clients uncover patterns, build resilience, and reach their personal goals in a safe and supportive environment.
Odetta’s career spans multiple roles across the behavioral health spectrum, including work as Lead Therapist at Positive Behavior Changes, Residential Drug & Alcohol Counselor at 12 & 12, and Children’s Therapist at Shadow Mountain Behavioral Health. With a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Langston University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Oral Roberts University, she seamlessly blends clinical expertise with strong leadership. Her work—both as a director and a therapist—reflects her belief in meeting clients where they are, fostering an atmosphere of respect, and guiding individuals toward freedom, healing, and hope.
