Niesha Hayes, M.Ed., LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Arlington and Grapevine, Texas, with over a decade of experience providing compassionate therapy to individuals and families. I hold a master’s degree in education and am licensed by the State of Texas. My mission is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered, helping them build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
My specialties include working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD, as well as those navigating life transitions, relationship issues, grief, and self-esteem or boundary challenges. I draw on a flexible, client-centered approach, often integrating techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, compassion-focused work, and other evidence-based or strengths-based modalities tailored to each individual’s needs.
I believe therapy isn’t just about addressing immediate concerns — it’s about helping people discover their inner strengths, build resilience, and develop practical coping tools they can carry forward. I aim to partner with clients on a journey toward increased self-awareness, emotional balance, and meaningful growth. If you are ready to explore your goals, identify barriers, and create lasting change, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
