Nicole Stuckey, RN
Nicole Stuckey is a Registered Nurse dedicated to compassionate patient care and continuous professional growth. She became licensed in February 2024 after earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from Broward College, where she is also continuing her education toward a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Currently working with Avante Group Inc. at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, Nicole brings strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to her work, helping improve the quality of life for the individuals she serves.
Before becoming an RN, Nicole built a solid healthcare foundation through several years of experience in pharmacy and hands-on clinical training. She worked as a pharmacy technician for more than five years and later served as a nurse extern at Broward Health for nearly a year. During her externship, she rotated through high-acuity units including trauma and intensive care, gaining valuable clinical experience and demonstrating her ability to remain calm under pressure. Notably, she assisted in life-saving CPR efforts that helped save three patients’ lives, reflecting her dedication and readiness in critical situations.
Nicole is also committed to community service and professional development. She volunteered more than 100 hours at Boca Regional Hospital, assisting fall-risk patients and supporting the pharmacy department. Certified in Mental Health First Aid and Basic Life Support, she is passionate about helping patients feel supported both physically and emotionally. Looking ahead, Nicole plans to continue advancing her education by pursuing a Nurse Practitioner degree and eventually earning a doctorate in nursing, further expanding her ability to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
I like making people better. When I started volunteering at the hospital, I really liked it and realized this is something I really want to pursue. I love nursing and I was inspired by the stories I heard about caring for patients. I fell in love with the way a nursing student I met spoke about nursing and how passionate he was about his patients and how he cared for people. I wanted to be like that, to have that same passion and dedication to helping people.
