Nicole "Nikki" Nass, RN, BSN

Nicole “Nikki” Nass, RN, BSN, is a Charge Nurse at Cedar Community Health and Rehabilitation Center in West Bend, Wisconsin, where she has been a dedicated member of the care team for more than 13 years. As the charge nurse of a 32-bed geriatric unit, Nikki plays a critical leadership role, overseeing patient care, supporting staff, and ensuring a safe, compassionate environment for residents with complex medical needs.

Nikki earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Minnesota and completed independent clinical studies in both the operating room at Minneapolis Children’s Hospital and an inpatient psychiatric unit.
