Nicole J. Guest
Nicole Guest is a dedicated school counselor with extensive experience supporting students across multiple grade levels and school districts. She currently serves as an Elementary School Counselor at Novato Unified School District, providing social-emotional guidance, academic support, and individualized counseling to help students thrive. Previously, she worked as a High School Counselor with the Santa Rosa City School District and spent over a decade with Scottsdale Unified School District in roles ranging from Guidance Counselor to Translation Specialist, developing expertise in student support, bilingual communication, and nonprofit collaboration.
Nicole earned her Master of Education in Counseling with a focus on School Counseling from Northern Arizona University and holds a Certificate in Language Interpretation and Translation from Arizona State University. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and holds a Pupil Personnel Services Credential from the State of California. Fluent in Spanish, Nicole is committed to providing equitable access to resources and fostering inclusive environments for students from diverse backgrounds.
