I regularly write and publish inspirational reflections on LinkedIn and my social media platforms about healthcare, leadership, and education. I maintained a space at my office called ' From Neelima's Desk' where I post articles/ reflections for my unit staff to read, sharing insights and reflections that I think will inspire and inform my colleagues. I write what I call 'little reflections' that focus on inspiring students and colleagues in the nursing profession. I am currently writing a book about my journey from India to the United States, and I'm also working on a booklet titled 'Lessons Learned in Leadership' based on my day-to-day experiences and observations in healthcare leadership.
