Founder & Medical Director, Kleiman Healthcare Services
Naz Kleiman, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of nursing experience, recognized for her commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care. Her career spans bedside nursing to advanced clinical leadership across primary care, urgent care, women’s health, and chronic disease management.
Having trained and practiced extensively within hospital systems in Houston and Portland, Kleiman gained a strong foundation in complex, high-acuity care. She later made the intentional decision to step away from traditional healthcare settings to establish Kleiman Healthcare Services—allowing her to practice medicine with greater depth, autonomy, and focus on the patient experience.
Kleiman’s approach emphasizes thoughtful listening, collaboration, and individualized care. She believes optimal health outcomes are achieved when patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to actively participate in their healthcare decisions.
In addition to comprehensive primary care, Kleiman specializes in women’s health, assist in fertility planning, medical weight loss management, and hormone therapy for both women and men. Her work is informed not only by clinical expertise, but also by lived experience. As a mother of two teenagers conceived in her 40s, she brings a deep understanding of the emotional and physiological complexities surrounding fertility, hormonal transitions, and life-stage wellness.
As the only African American woman-owned healthcare practice in her area, Kleiman is motivated by a strong sense of responsibility to lead with integrity, innovation, and compassion. Her practice reflects a modern vision of medicine—one that blends clinical excellence with trust, representation, and a commitment to long-term well-being.
Nazeneem Kleiman, FNP-BC, is recognized for setting a standard of excellence in care that is both deeply personal and clinically rigorous.

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
I enjoy forming long-term relationships with my patients and guiding them through every stage of health. Practicing medicine that is thoughtful, evidence-based, and collaborative—where patients feel informed and supported—is what makes this work meaningful to me. Providing care that blends clinical excellence with compassion and trust is both my purpose and my greatest reward.
