Naz Kleiman is the founder of Kleiman Healthcare Services, a clinic dedicated to providing honest, affordable, and patient-centered healthcare to the Tualatin community. She is ANCC board-certified and earned her nursing degrees from the University of Texas and Walden University. Driven by a passion for helping others, Naz has spent over 16 years delivering hands-on care in trauma nursing and urgent care, combining her clinical expertise with a commitment to compassionate patient support.

As an African American nurse provider in Tualatin, Naz specializes in a wide range of services including primary and urgent care, trauma nursing, family medicine, home health care, allergy testing, women’s hormone wellness, addiction recovery, workmen’s compensation care, and telemedicine.
