Nayeli De Hoyos, MS, LPC-A

Nayeli De Hoyos, MS, LPC-A is a compassionate and empathetic Licensed Professional Counselor Associate dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges through a collaborative and personalized approach. She believes that counseling is not a one-size-fits-all process and strives to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients can work toward their personal goals. By building individualized toolkits filled with coping skills, resources, and techniques, Nayeli empowers clients to continue their growth both during and beyond therapy.

With an integrative and holistic approach, Nayeli utilizes evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Family Systems. Her bilingual counseling services in English and Spanish allow her to support a diverse range of clients dealing with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, relationship issues, stress management, and life transitions. She emphasizes the importance of connecting the mind, body, spirit, and emotions to foster deeper self-awareness and overall wellness.

Nayeli earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an Emphasis in Children and Adolescent Disorders from Grand Canyon University (2024) and her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a minor in Psychology from Texas State University–San Marcos (2014). Outside of her counseling practice, she enjoys dancing, running, reading, painting, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. Passionate about guiding others through healing and empowerment, Nayeli is dedicated to helping each client achieve balance, resilience, and a greater sense of well-being.
