Natosha Gailes, LMSW, ACM-SW
Natosha Gailes, LMSW, ACM-SW (she/her), is a Senior Medical Social Worker, Accredited Case Manager–Social Work, and healthcare consultant with more than 13 years of experience supporting high-risk, medically complex patients across the continuum of care. Based in the Greater Houston area, she is recognized for her senior-level clinical oversight, expertise in complex case management, and ability to navigate multi-state regulatory and accreditation requirements while ensuring safe, compliant care transitions and continuity for patients and families.
Throughout her career, Natosha has worked within leading healthcare systems, including Memorial Hermann Health System, Kaiser Permanente, UAB Medicine, and Harris Health System. Her work spans emergency departments, clinical decision units, and inpatient settings, where she is known for resolving systemic barriers to discharge, mitigating risk, and facilitating collaboration among interdisciplinary care teams. Her clinical strengths include biopsychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, utilization management, motivational interviewing, and culturally responsive care, with particular expertise in geriatric populations and women’s health advocacy.
Natosha holds a Master of Social Work in Advanced Direct Practice from Clark Atlanta University, where she graduated with a 3.92 GPA and received the Exceptional Leadership Award, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Louisiana State University.
