Natalie Konieczko is an experienced nursing professional and healthcare leader, currently serving as the Director of Nursing Services at Clayton Residential in Chicago. With a career spanning over a decade in practical nursing, she has held roles ranging from Licensed Practical Nurse in private duty and home health settings to leadership positions including Assistant Director of Nursing. Natalie is recognized for her expertise in patient care, including wound, ostomy, and continence nursing, and for her ability to lead and mentor nursing teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Natalie’s dedication to healthcare began early, when she volunteered as a hospital candy-striper, gaining firsthand exposure to the medical field and developing a deep sense of empathy. She has also cared for numerous elderly family members, experiences that reinforced her commitment to serving others with compassion and professionalism. Her education includes an LPN certificate from City Colleges of Chicago–Wilbur Wright College and a Certified Nursing Assistant certificate from Harry S Truman College, forming a strong foundation for her clinical expertise and leadership in nursing.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Natalie is deeply committed to community service. She has volunteered for over 30 years at St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish, organizing fundraising initiatives and managing volunteers, and has served as a Girl Scout and Cub Scout leader, particularly enjoying working with children with special needs. She has also contributed to youth sports programs through the Chicago Park District and participated in a medical mission trip to the Dominican Republic with Seeds of Hope, providing essential medical care and supplies to underserved communities. Her combination of clinical expertise, leadership, and community engagement reflects a lifelong commitment to improving the lives of others.
