What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I enjoy most about nursing is working with newborns and witnessing the joy that each new life brings. Every day, we hope and pray that both mother and baby are healthy and free of complications. While challenges do arise—sometimes involving social work or ACS cases—most experiences are joyful, and being part of these moments is incredibly rewarding. As a charge nurse, I have significant responsibilities, especially in supporting families who may not be fully prepared or are facing difficult circumstances. Having a newborn nursery and the ability to provide extra care in these situations makes my work deeply meaningful.
