Dr. Monica Elsobky, PharmD, MBA, is a dedicated pharmacist with a strong background in long-term care and community pharmacy. She currently serves as a Pharmacist with SpecialtyRx, where she supports the delivery of safe, accurate, and efficient medication services for long-term care facilities. Dr. Elsobky brings a patient-centered mindset to her work, emphasizing collaboration, operational excellence, and continuity of care. Dr. Elsobky’s career reflects steady growth and hands-on experience across multiple pharmacy settings. She previously worked as a Graduate Intern with Hock’s Pharmacy and as a Graduate Pharmacist Intern with Remedi SeniorCare Pharmacy, where she developed extensive knowledge of long-term care operations. Earlier in her career, she spent several years as a Pharmacy Technician with Kroger, building a strong foundation in customer service, workflow efficiency, and medication safety. Dr. Elsobky earned both her Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration from Cedarville University School of Pharmacy, where she was actively involved in leadership and service initiatives, including student organizations and advocacy efforts. Her combined clinical expertise and business acumen allow her to approach pharmacy practice with strategic insight and precision.
