Mone' Brown, MS
Mone’ Brown, MS, is an experienced Clinical Research Associate currently working with Precision for Medicine, where she supports complex clinical trials with a focus on lupus research. With more than two decades of experience in clinical research, Mone’ has worked across the pharmaceutical, site, sponsor, and CRO landscapes, bringing a comprehensive and highly informed perspective to every study she supports. Her background spans multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, infectious disease, cardiovascular research, and autoimmune conditions.
Throughout her career, Mone’ has developed extensive expertise in in-house monitoring, internal auditing, regulatory affairs, IRB submissions, FDA regulations, ICH/GCP compliance, informed consent development and negotiation, and team leadership. Prior to her current role, she held positions with organizations such as Syneos Health, PPD, Covance, and DaVita Clinical Research, progressing from site-level coordination to senior operational and monitoring roles. In addition to her CRO work, she serves as an instructor with Clinical Research Fast Track, teaching twice monthly and mentoring the next generation of clinical research professionals.
Mone’ holds a Master of Science in Regulatory Science from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs, as well as a Master’s degree in Psychology from Kaplan University. Her professional philosophy is deeply rooted in improving patient outcomes through rigorous, ethical research—an approach shaped in part by personal experience, as her son directly benefited from clinical research participation. A member of SOCRA and Black Women in Clinical Research, Mone’ approaches her work with gratitude, resilience, and a strong commitment to advancing therapies that change lives.
