Molly Allen, CCC-SLP, is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist at Geisinger Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, where she specializes in speech and swallow therapy across both acute care and rehabilitation settings. A proud member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), Molly brings both clinical expertise and a creative approach to her practice. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Music with a concentration in Vocal Performance, which enriches her understanding of the human voice and communication. Her background in music has given her a unique appreciation for the nuances of speech, tone, and expression—skills she applies daily in her work with patients recovering from neurological and physical challenges.

Molly earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Temple University, where she developed a strong foundation in evidence-based assessment and therapeutic techniques. She remains passionate about lifelong learning, continuing to expand her knowledge in the areas of dysphagia management and neurogenic communication disorders. Guided by empathy and a patient-centered philosophy, Molly is dedicated to empowering individuals to find their voice and confidence through every stage of recovery.
