Mercedes Espinosa, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 34 years of nursing experience and a strong commitment to community-based and preventive healthcare. She became a licensed nurse practitioner in 2025 and currently provides care through a mobile primary care model with Primary Care Solutions, serving Medicare and insurance-based patients across Martin County, Florida. Her clinical focus includes preventive medicine, wellness visits, chronic disease management, and care coordination with community specialists.

Espinosa’s current role emphasizes accessible healthcare delivery for patients who may face barriers to traditional clinic-based services. Through her mobile practice, she brings care directly into the community, focusing on patient education, preventive screenings, medication management, and continuity of care.
