What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I enjoy most about my work in healthcare is being able to help people during the most difficult transitions of their lives. I use my experience and empathy to aid patients and families, particularly in end-of-life care. Having been the advocate for my own family members, including my brother, father-in-law, dad, and cousin during their final days, I understand firsthand how important it is to have someone who can navigate the medical system and provide support. Being part of Connecticut Hospice allows me to be there for families in a beautiful, serene, and quiet place where they can spend precious time together. I find deep fulfillment in combining my technical expertise in medical billing and coding with genuine compassion to make a meaningful difference when people need it most.
