Melissa Frontino, PharmD, BCACP, CDCES, is a highly accomplished Senior Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist currently serving at Oak Street Health in Medford, New Jersey. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2012 and has since built an impressive career focused on patient-centered care in the ambulatory and primary care settings. What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?
What I enjoy most about practicing medicine is the opportunity to connect with people. I find great fulfillment in building relationships with patients, understanding their individual needs, and helping them achieve better health through collaboration and education. Being able to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life every day is what truly inspires me in my practice.
