Melissa Crenko, RN
Melissa Crenko is a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager with a strong background in hospice, emergency medicine, and long-term care. She currently serves as a Clinical Nurse Manager at an outpatient VA clinic in rural Pennsylvania, subcontracted through EGA Associates, LLC, while maintaining a per diem position at Lehigh Valley Health Network. Melissa has spent nearly 15 years in direct healthcare, beginning her career as a CNA in a nursing home, progressing to home health, and eventually managing a small hospice clinic—an experience that marked the start of her management journey. As an RN, she spent over three and a half years providing frontline care in the Emergency Room, where she refined her clinical expertise and leadership skills in high-pressure environments.
Melissa earned her RN in 2022 from the Joseph McCluskey School of Nursing (now Lehigh Valley Jefferson School of Nursing). Prior to that, she obtained her LPN from Lehigh County Community College and her CNA from Northampton Community College in 2010–2011. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree online through Chamberlain University, with a projected graduation in 2028, and is working toward her CEN certification. Melissa also holds certifications in PALS, ACLS, and BLS, underscoring her commitment to providing safe, high-quality patient care across multiple healthcare settings.
