Meaghan Wurtz, MOT, OTR/L

Meaghan Wurtz (MOT, OTR/L) is the founder and licensed occupational therapist at Holistic Bliss Therapy, located in Fargo, North Dakota. Having earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Dakota in 2021, Meaghan has since worked across a broad range of clinical settings including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, acute care, inpatient physical rehabilitation, transitional care, long-term care, and veteran affairs. Her leadership also includes time as a Director of Rehabilitation, further sharpening her clinical and management skills.

While Meaghan’s professional experience spans many settings, her deepest passion lies in mental health. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, sensory-processing difficulties, behavioral dysregulation, and executive-function disorders. She uses a client-centered and creative therapeutic approach that integrates traditional and non-traditional techniques—such as arts and crafts, movement-based activities, cognitive behavioral strategies, sensory modulation, interoception, biofeedback, and grounding techniques—helping individuals build resilience, reconnect with meaningful occupations, and engage more fully in the activities that bring purpose and joy to life.

Outside her professional role, Meaghan is a wife and mother of twin boys, and an avid nature enthusiast and adventure seeker. She enjoys Saturday morning coffee with her family, traveling, exploring new experiences, and spending time outdoors. Her personal life reflects the same sense of balance, wellness, and meaningful connection that defines her professional mission to support holistic wellness across mind, body, and spirit.
