Mary Clark, PT, DPT

Mary Clark, PT, DPT is a dedicated and rising physical therapist practicing on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation in Montana. I combine my clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach, ensuring that each treatment plan is carefully tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of every individual. I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Mary in 2024, following a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Rocky Mountain College in 2021. This educational foundation equips me with a deep understanding of human movement, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principles, which I integrate into every aspect of patient care.

Since 2024, I have been an active member of my tribe’s health care system, providing comprehensive physical therapy services across a variety of patient populations, with a particular focus on pediatric patients. I am committed to delivering holistic care that emphasizes functional recovery and overall wellness. My approach combines manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, and patient education to help patients regain mobility, independence, and quality of life.

I am deeply committed to professional growth and excellence in patient care. I continually update my knowledge in the latest physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation strategies to ensure the highest quality of service. This commitment allows me to provide innovative, evidence-based care while supporting each patient’s unique journey toward recovery.

Outside of direct patient care, I actively contribute to my community by mentoring Native youth, fostering opportunities for growth, health awareness, and empowerment. My passion for helping patients, combined with strong technical skills and a commitment to best practices, allows me to make a meaningful impact both within my tribe’s health care team and in the broader physical therapy profession.
