Mary Armstong, PT, DPT

Mary Armstrong, PT, DPT, is a board-certified geriatric specialist and physical therapist with over a decade of clinical experience, delivering preventive and wellness-focused care for adults. She is part of White Fire Wellness, a holistic wellness center in Columbia Falls, Montana, offering services such as saunas, massage, and esthetics. Mary provides cash-pay physical therapy designed to help patients maintain function, optimize mobility, and achieve long-term wellness.
