Dr. Marwa Oudah is an American Board–Certified physician in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Internal Medicine with specialized expertise in Pulmonary Hypertension and Pulmonary Vascular Disease. She is currently a Pulmonary Hypertension Fellow at Penn Medicine, where she is advancing her subspecialty training at one of the nation’s leading academic health systems. Dr. Oudah’s clinical foundation includes a three-year Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship at The George Washington University Hospital, preceded by her tenure as Chief Resident and Internal Medicine Resident at GBMC Healthcare. Her early training at Mafraq Hospital and Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi further shaped her as a globally informed and deeply dedicated clinician.

Throughout her career, Dr. Oudah has distinguished herself as a thoughtful researcher, a skilled critical care physician, and an emerging voice in the field of pulmonary vascular disease. She has authored peer-reviewed publications in the Journal of Community Hospital Internal Medicine Perspectives and has been invited to speak on national stages, including the 2025 CHEST Conference in Chicago, where she presented on evolving treatments for pulmonary arterial hypertension in the era of Sotatercept.
