Lyncola Franklin is a Texas All Lines Claims Adjuster and healthcare professional whose career reflects a deep commitment to service, resilience, and personal growth. With a strong background in claims investigation, policy analysis, and customer service, she currently works as a Claims Adjuster with AgencyMidSouth, where she conducts detailed claim investigations, evaluates damages, and determines coverage eligibility. Known for her analytical skills and attention to detail, Lyncola works closely with policyholders, medical providers, and legal teams to ensure fair claim outcomes while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Alongside her work in the insurance industry, Lyncola has built an extensive career in healthcare, dedicating over 18 years to patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her experience spans nursing homes, hospitals, hospice care, mental health facilities, and acute care settings, where she developed a reputation for compassion and dedication to patients across all stages of life. Early in her career, she gained specialized experience in women’s health while working in a clinical setting, assisting with procedures and patient care. One of the most meaningful moments of her life was caring for her brother during a serious health crisis—helping him lose over 500 pounds, avoid complications, and ultimately regain his independence.

Beyond healthcare and claims work, Lyncola is also a licensed barber and cosmetologist, operating a private suite where she provides specialized hair services for clients experiencing alopecia, cancer treatment, or medical hair loss. She continues to travel regularly between Texas and Arkansas to serve her loyal clients while pursuing further education with the goal of becoming a registered nurse and eventually a traveling nurse. Through every chapter of her career, Lyncola remains driven by a passion for helping others, whether through patient care, professional services, or ensuring fairness in the claims process.

Q

What do you enjoy most about practicing medicine?

I absolutely love taking care and loving on patients, especially the elderly. Even though they are sick, these men and women have blessed my life because I learned so much just by sitting and talking to them. Being able to learn about where they came from, the things they did when they were healthy enough to work, it was just amazing to be able to care for them at the worst time in their life while gaining knowledge and wisdom from them. You become their family, especially when some families don't come see them. I've had patients who wouldn't eat for days when I was off, but would eat 100% when I was there, and that really mattered to me. I brought it up to management because being an advocate for patients means more than anything to me. Just being the right person in the room and knowing what's going on, that did it for me. My ability to really enjoy taking care of other people is what makes this work. When you do a job that you love, it doesn't feel like work.
